RCC is family owned and operated, and to us, conducting our business is not just about making a living; it is an extension and reflection of who we are as human beings. We strive to treat our customers and employees as we would our family members, with honesty and integrity. From a customer with 100 facilities to a customer with a single, small business location, our company philosophy is to maintain our commitment to all of our existing and future customers.

RCC boasts the best technical staff in our industry! All of our technicians have the expertise and required regulatory and environmental certifications to work on all of your Refrigeration and HVAC equipment. With a deep commitment to technical excellence, we keep abreast on all of the latest technical changes in our industry. Our technicians are also required to undergo a formal training program within our company. In addition, our new employees are required to shadow our knowledgeable Senior Technical staff for a period of time so that they can have ample time to learn about unfamiliar equipment while under the supervision of our Senior Technicians.

All of RCC’s service vehicles are new or late models and are stocked with a large inventory of parts and supplies. This ensures fast response and quick repair for your equipment! We employ a full-time Parts Professional to ensure that the parts you need are either in our service vehicles or in our warehouse. If we don’t have them in stock, our Parts Professional is always on hand to get them from a supplier as quickly as possible.
